Understanding Moving averages parameters

Hi everyone, I'm having trouble getting my head around the difference between Ma shift and applied price. Can someone explain it to me ? Thanks Stewart

Does anyone know of any brokers who are still using build 509

As so many of us are aware, the release of build 600 with all of its bugs is a disaster for traders as so many EA's Indicators etc no longer work. MetaQuotes are up to build 610 so they have released 10 builds in the last 3 weeks, so clearly they are aware of all the bugs and are trying to fix them
