Why does the list of signals shown in MT4 not match the list of signals shown on MQL5 website?

I'm trying to understand why the list of signals shown in the "Signals" tab of MT4 doesn't match up with the list of signals shown on the MQL5 website. I suspect I need to input the correct set of filter criteria on the MQL5 website, and I have been fairly successful at *approximating* the filter

"Enable Realtime Signal Subscription" Automatically Disabled
