VPS and alerts, TS

Hi guys, I rent VPS from MQL5 and set alerts and Trailing stops for every deals. I was plus 60$ in plus, and after all minus 200$. I cant understand, why my SLs weren't move and I didn't get any alert. Im not crying about my loses, but wanna know, if I made sth wrong. Earlier my laptop was turned on
