Signal Initial Subscription Timing

Given that some excellent signals have monthly draw downs of 30% or more. It seems to me to be greatly beneficial to initially subscribe to and connect to a signal when it is in a draw down condition. I believe that one could do so by following the MAE as indicated by the Risks/Deposit Load, %
