mt5 not connecting on public wifi

i cannot get my mt5 to connect to any server when I am away from home and using a public library wifi in england. the little circle [bottom right] rotates endlessly. i have no problem connecting all other applications to this wifi [browsers, email etc] but still mt5 will not play ball. i have tried

mt5 trade panel one click trading greyed out

I think I have tried everything to get one click trading to appear on my mt5 platform but it stubbornly refuses to appear. I am attaching two screenshots to show the state of things. Any hitherto unavailable advice would be greatly appreciated
