MT4 second offline chart not refreshing

Hi, I have a Renko EA that creates an Offline chart. When I open the first copy of the offline chart then it refreshed normally, my EA can run and indicators are updated. When I however open another copy of the exact same offline chart then that second chart doesn't refresh. The left hand chart is

Value of multiple indicators in one data window differ

Hi, When I add two standard MACDs to the same indicator window (and hide the histogram so that I can only see the Signal line) then the values are different than if I have a totally new indicator which combines the two signal lines of the MACDs. Below is a sample of the issue. The top "indicator"
