Payment Transfer Problems Spreadbetting/Brokers Companies?

Hi, I am wondering if anyone who has been trading for a while has experience any problems when transferring funds from a spread betting or broker account to their bank accounts? Like have they ever failed to pay out or put on a fee on the transfer as its over say $10K? Thanks
