General question regarding global and local variables (Newbie problem)

Hi , I have tried to search literally all over mql5 forum but I haven't found any page describing global and local variables and how to fix them. Can anybody send a link to them so that I can debug my ea's. And sorry for a seriously newbie question

36 trades in 1 min with MACD EA (4Hr timeframe)

I think I have messed up something very badly since my ea that I coded yesterday traded 36 trades GBPUSD trades in less than 1 min which would have resulted in huge losses in a real account. Getting your EA to only trade on a clear signal

Higher winning rate

Hi, I need help, does / have someone any idea how I could optimize my EA to gain a 90% or higher winning rate. My current winning rate with EURUSD is 59% and USDJPY is at 61%. My setup at glance : TP: 20 , SL:40, Trailing SL:15, Slippage: 2, as an opposite signal comes I exit my trade
