Unsubscription denied

I subscribed to a signal on friday that is on 31st January 2014 the signal left and i am not getting it anymore now i want to subscribe to another one i have been denied an unsbscription command or neither could i manage to renew the subscription. I am stuck what i do please help

i want to know how the two accounts are connected

i got an account and i have already got the right signal to follow i want to know how the two accounts are connected. I am wondering if i am supposed to trade by myself or trading will be done from the signal without me trading
