Market data on MetaQuotes-Demo account

Hello, I just started to use MT5 on a demo account . When connecting to MetaQuotes-Demo account, I can see real time market data with market depth on the screen of MT5. (see attached file) I know that MetaQuotes is not a broker, can any one tell from which Forex broker comes the data shown on

Which broker's quote are shown on MetaQuote demo account

I just opened a new MetaQuote demo account and I am able to see real time quotes on the platform including depth of market. I do not understand though, if MetaQuote is not a broker, then which broker's prices are quoted in real time on the MetaQuote demo account
