"Ghost" orders showing in trade history

Sometimes I place orders using a different platform, and although they show up in the MT5 chart and the "Trade" tab in the Toolbox, I can't modify or delete them from Metatrader (it displays "Common Error" if I try to do it). No problems so far, as this behaviour is expected, as far as I know. The
