EA - 5 activations wasted because chaning vps too often - need to purchase EA and indicators AGAIN?

i had trouble finding a cheap and good vps so i wasted already 5 activations. now i have again to change the vps , does this mean i have to purchase all the indicators a second time? or how is it possible to remove the activations from the vps i'm not using anymore

Trailing Stop not triggering

I placed 5 orders on the same pair all within the same minute, all of them have a different trailing stop (39, 77, 116, 155, 193 points). the price went against me already by 150 points, shouldn't 3 of them already have been stopped out?? so far none... why? is it starting only AFTER it reached the
