Scalping 5 pip

Could anyone teach me how to combine macd and parabolis sar???? I just learn how to use this scalping technic somewhere on the web. He used sar (0.1,0.11) together with macd (5,8,9). Or somebody can help do that for me. i'm using metatrader 4 and i want that indicator together in one indicator
