MQL5 Moderator won't reply to my message?

Hi, Does anyone know why the moderators takes so long to reply? It has been two weeks now and I'm still waiting for an answer on my account issues

I cannot get my seller's account approve . . . any advice?

Hi, My registration for seller's account has been rejected due to poor identification photo (they thought I have edited the photo). I have reply to them with a new camera shot of my ID and passport, but they haven't replied yet for two weeks. Any advice
