Broker List will not populte

Hello, The broker list will not populate on to enter a live account, only MetaQuotes Software corp. I asked for help from MQL5 but the were not at all interested in helping me with their product , shot me down and directed me to this forum software is upto date, I deleted and reinstalled, still

New Signal

I created and registered a signal free demo signal and a private signal on a real account. I can't figure out how to find it in the signals tab so I can see if I can use it for other accounts. Does anyone know how I can access either of these new signals? I successfully registered as a seller with
