Virtual Host: failed to load program (0)

Purchased virtual host on LD4, and when trying to sync I get error message in Journal: failed to load program (0). What does it mean? How can I solve it

Where is PayPal again?

It is very annyoing that top-up method by PayPal disappears time to time without notice

Invoice

I bought (actually rented) products , but I paid it from my company account. Anyway I haven't found any document which can be used as invoice or at least receipt statement. I would like to buy a lot of products but without invoice or similar I cannot make it. Does anybody know where to find or how
