EA using non MT4 objects and indicators.

I have to ask if anyone knows how to create Eas from custom indicators that are non MT4 objects. Im not hopeful but I have ask with so many ' bright sparks ' out there. Thanks and Stay safe

Can a developer charge me for the MQ4 after the job is completed and only the .exe was provided ?

If I knew the difference between the file types in the beginning , I wouldnt have this problem . I need the completed EA modified , I was only sent the .exe file . I have requested it and have been told that I have to pay again for it . Is this right ? I asked for and paid for a MQ4 EA . Do I have
