По вторичным половым признакам понятно, что речь идёт о четвёрке. Явно об этом нигде не говорится. Наоборот, автор упоминает MT5. В mql4 можно преобразовывать символы в соответствии с любой кодовой

в файле hcc. шапку я игнорировал так как она не к чему . 4 байта ( 84 88 18 01 ) я так и не понял к чему они ,во всех файлах одинаковы ( возможно маркер перед каждым блоком данных) , 4 байта время
