Can a android mobile metatrader4 trader be a signal Provider ?

Hello everyone, This might be a stupid question. I am trading with mobile metatrader 4. I do have my own pc metatrader4 but i i prefer trading it with mobile mt4. If i be a signal provider and trade in mobile metatrader4 will my trades be copied to my signal provider

MQL5 signal provider with micro account

Hello Everyone I know cents account holder are not allowed to create a signal provider account in Mql5 Signals Is it possible that i can create a signal provider account with a micro lot account(Where 1 lot=1000) or any broker that supports lot value of 0.001 as a minimum lot size Thanks
