someone can get to DDE SERVER travez realtime data contract CL - OCT12 and import to excel , because I tried to do and always gives me error in the formula , but if I get the data from any other currency pair , if there is a way to achieve good result could explain it please

HELP FOR EXCEL

I am importing data from MT4 to travez of DDE to an Excel spreadsheet . I do real time data on all pairs of divisaspero when I import data from the oil ( CL - OCT12 ) the return I get error Symbol Bid CL - OCT12 # VALUE ! someone please tell me how to solve this problem
