Change waiting time when using copyRates function

Hi guys, I want to change waiting time when I'm using copyRates function to read history, for example when I'm reading history with copyRates, I face with 'waiting to update' and it get stuck for long minutes. How can I do that ? Thank you in advance

Hi guys, I have a problem when I want to post my code in the codebase section, In fact when I want to add a image as a screenshot but there isn't any icon for adding image in toolbar. How can I fix that
