MetaQuotes Indicators Copyright

I've been using MetaQuotes' indicators as parts of EAs that were till now for personal use. Now I'm considering offering one of my EAs (which for example uses the MetaQuotes' ADX indicator) commercially. Do I need MetaQuotes' consent for this purpose? Thanks in advance
