Vantage server connection error

I'm trying to setup a virtual server for Vantage FX, but get the following error

<...> server not found?

When I try and connect to the VantageInternational-Live 2 server, I get a "not found" error. It comes up in the search results, but when I select it, then I get a "not found" error. Also cannot connect to it from my MT4 terminal on Windows11

Currency pair grayed out and disabled?

EURUSD pair is grayed out and trade is disabled in the Market watch (MT4). How do I enable trading on the pair
