How to view payments made to MQL5 for services?

I'm sure that this is covered someplace. But I just am not finding it in the forum. I need to see all of the payments/deposits that I have made to MQL5.com. Can someone please point me in the right direction? Thank you

How can I peruade MQL5 to not block my IP address?

It appears that my IP address is being blocked, perhaps by an auomated bot here on MQL5.com I get the message: Access to www.mql5.com was denied You don't have authorization to view this page. Anyone know HOW to correct this situation
