How to send a message to my signal provider

Hi, I've subscribed to small to big money signal and have a few questions for the signal provider but just can't find a way to send a direct message. Any thoughts on how we can send messages to signal providers Thanks

Trade lot size

Hi, I've subscribed to signal trading with $750 USD in my account but my lot size is not the same as the signal provider . My lot size is only 0.001 and the signal providers lot is 0.002 / 0.003. How do I increase my lot size Thanks
