Can't upload EA to a different MT4 account

Hi Guys, Can anyone help me? I've purchased an EA from Market and have uploaded it onto my MT4 terminal. When I go to load it onto a separate account, it won't load (keeps defaulting to the first one) How do I select where to send it? Thanks

Too many activations?

I purchased an EA from the market a few months ago and want to load it onto a another computer now. It won't allow me because it says I have 5 activations already which is not correct. How do I fix this
