Floating toolbox window - can't reset back into app

Attached is a pic, I am not sure how I did it, must have held the mouse for too long while moving it at the same time, now my toolbox window is floatin, and I have no idea how to get it back. I have looked online and one person said drag is slowly to where you wnat it and it will show up a square
