Vps doesnt work

Hi, for the first time i use vpn free trial and subs signal, and it works. Every position on signal are open to in my account, even my pc i shutdown. But before free trial are expired, i rent the vps for month. But today, the signal was not applied to my account. i turn on the mt4 on the computer
