MT4 very slow

I use 2 computers for live trading the EURUSD As volumes were high last hour, MT4 on one of the computers was very slow and MT4 on the other had no problem. I restarted the computer but there was no difference. Wat can cause this slowing down? Both computers have the same internet connection

I'm using scripts and also a template with several indicators in MT4. If i want to use them in MT5 do they have to be re-written in MQL5

printing book mql4

I downloaded the mql4 book and tried to print it but a have to print one section at a time. Is there a way to print it as a whole? I also have a wide column on the left with *Preface *Table of Contents * etc is there a way to avoid this

Momentum burst sound signal

I want to have a sound signal when the last closed bar exceeds the average of the last x bars with y percent. With 'bar' I mean the absolute value of close - open (the body of a japanese candlestick ) Can someone make this to work with the 2 variables x and y in MT4
