30 Minute Open alert indicator/EA..

Ok, I don't know jack about programming EA's or custom indicators ..here's what I'm looking for. I'd like to specify where an email is sent that contains the open of 30m candles, I'd like for this to run as long as connectivity to the platform exists. Is it possible? ..I'll share more once I know
