How is the profit factor calculated in the ratings pages & traders data

I have only been able to download limited historical data from my Alpari platform but also the MQL4 platform when logged in to my alpari account, Am running my ea on 5min charts in the strategy tester but see the history data for bigger time frames is still very limited. Is it possible to get

Trading at certain times.

I want to build in number of time period options to trade into my first code, is there an enumeration that could deal with a list of options. Thanks for any advice

References to closing an open order when conditions are met strategic points.

I am writing my first code and ask, is there any reference to code a " Close an Order When conditions are Met. " An example would be when a open order reverses and meets a moving average ! Thanks to any help

Are all signal providers listed or just when they reach certain levels

High or Low leverage

I hear some pro-traders use leverages as low as 1:10 or even 1:5 this would certainly control the downside of accounts, but not very popular with brokers though ! as they are all pushing higher and higher leveraged accounts. Do you use a low leveraged account and how successful is it

Is it possible to review the risk/reward & lot sizes of existing subscribed signals so that repeat subscriptions can be adjusted to better suit a personal risk/reward target

Is my Metaquotes ID a log in number an avatar or my email address ? In my mailbox in mt4 platform any of my registration details do not appear to include be my ID
