Hello friends. i used my paypal to buy an EA. however after verifying the payment the operations failed and i didnt get the EA. because the paypal email was diffrent from the mql5 account email. and the money is already withdrawn from my bank

Added topic I can not download and use purchased EA
guys please help i purchased an ea for 40 $ and i still cannot download it or use it. how can i contact support to solve this issue. i have the order / purchase number and screenshots.
