Where to locate files for Strategy tester to find them

MT5 has a very bizarre way of handling files... instead of defaulting to the directory where the executable is running it likes to mess things up and confuse the hell out of everyone but putting files in various places and give everyone the runabout... the reason for doing things this way escapes

Charges and fees for Tools & Utilities sold on Metatrader the minimum 30 USD charge

Currently there is a minimum fee of 30 USD. There are many tools traders would probably be happy to pay 10 bucks for but at 30 they probably wouldn't bother, particularly traders from the less well off countries. Is there a reason why the minimum fee is set so high

GUI sizes not displaying correctly on High res Screens

Does anyone know how to fix this? On older displays it looks fine but on a newer display the radio button group looks terrible as in the attached image . Generated from MT5's sample code. Even if I make the radio group larger the items in it are still squashed and there doesn't seem to be any way of
