Inconsistent VPS behaviour between demo and real FXCM accounts

Hello I have an EA running on 8 charts (indices). All works okay on my desktop MT4. All works okay on my demo account MQL5 VPS too. However, when I run it on the MQL5 VPS on my real account, no trades are placed for symbols in Euro currency. The broker is FXCM. My account is GBP. The EA does

Hello I've recently purchased 1 month VPS. My EA is working on it okay, but I cannot figure out how to log in to see the remote desktop so I can see MT4 in operation. I need to be able to see the journal in detail as some trades aren't executing and I can't see why. I'm presuming I require an IP
