VPS not working, no response from service desk?

My VPS isn't working and I'm getting no response from the service desk. I paid the $95 for it and I can't run the VPS and I'm not getting a response from the service desk to help me. I've already tried to get help on the forum to no avail. What is the time frame for help? I want a refund on the VPS

VPS: No option to sync

Hello! See the pic. When try to sync the vps , there is no option for me to sync it. Why not? How can I sync it? thanks for your help

EA doesn't open LIVE trades

The attached is a bad strategy for testing only (don't actually trade it). On axitrader it won't open during live trading but it will open during demo trading and in the strategy tester (yes, I have a smiley face, enabled auto trading, etc.) It was generated with fxpro quant. I tested it on the M1

Activating an indicator in another account?

Hi! I purchased an indicator with one account. I have 3 of 5 activations left. I would like to use 1 of those activations on another demo account so that my programmer can have access to it, but not my real account. How do I do that? Thanks
