No trades have been occuring so I took a look at the Journal and found the attached line items.  Please explain what is happening.  Why is the VPS not valid

My MT4 platform doesn't seem to be connecting.  I have logged into in it many times, but no change.  It is not trading my EAs.  I know that it is NOT connecting or working because when you look at "account history" it shows last weeks

I am getting two different outcomes from the exact same MA settings. In the attached photos you can see that the desktop platform MAs cross at a different place and time than the VPS platform.  They are both the same pair and the same MA

When running my EA on MT4 Demo account , it seems to only trade in one direction when backtesting. In the journal it shows the Buys and Sells, but the Sells show an error 138. What does this mean and how do I fix it
