Download issue on MT5 Market place for Windows 7

Help. I can no longer download anything on the marketplace via the MT5 app on Windows 7. My app is already signed in to MQL5. The issue started last month but I thought it was just a bug that would get fixed. Kindly assist with a solution that doesn't involve changing my Windows OS
