Mt4 won't run on windows 10 operating system

Got an issue with my trading platforms , all was working fine on the old pc problem the pc was old hence wasn't functioning properly(windows 7) and I also tried to download mt4 onto but it wouldn’t install it wanted weird stuff like a proxy server of the broker....Got a new pc now(windows 10) and

Hi there, I have trouble setting up my mt5 platform upon installation it wants a proxy server from me I'm stuck and can't proceed because all this is strange to me I never had this issue before installation used to be easy and never needed all these extra gimmicks
