      Added Global Settings for Grid Trades

      DontTradeIfGridTradeExist: Prevents new grid trades from opening if an existing grid trade is already within the grid gap zone.
      ExtraPaddingForGridZone: Allows additional padding (in %) to be applied to the grid gap, preventing trades from being too closely spaced.
