The Recommended Timeframe depends on your settings, but you can use M5, M15 and all others timeframes with the appropriate settings.
The Expert can go on EURUSD, GBPUSD, AUDUSD and USDCAD, but also in others with the appropriate settings.

A low latency vps is always recommended.

I am a beginner in all this stuff, but the more I learn, the more interesting it gets. I downloaded this EA very recently and am using it with its original settings for the moment, it still gave me profits in the demo test and is now on my live account bringing some extra coins as well. IDK if I can make it work in four charts at the same time during the week, but I'll give it a try for sure!
