Forex Gump Bot

The bot trades according to the scalping strategy. First, the signals of four indicators are determined, after which the bot expects a sharp price movement in the opposite direction. When the price sharply went in the opposite direction, the robot opens a deal at a short distance. The transaction is closed upon receipt of a minimum profit. Therefore, the robot does not hold long open transactions. All open trades are closed within one or more candles.


Forex Gump Bot is a fully automated trading system. A trader needs to install it on a chart (preferably on a VPS server) and then the robot will begin the trading process in a fully automatic mode. The bot will analyze the market itself, open and close deals.




Features of the Forex Gump Bot:

  • with default settings, the robot trades on GBPUSD. For other currency pairs, you need to find other settings.
  • minimum trade deposit $ 100
  • Broker's recommended spread is up to 15 pips (1.5 pips).
  • recommended leverage 1: 500
  • It is recommended to run the bot on the VPS server so that it trades 24 hours a day.
  • Recommended broker FXTM. We tested the robot on it.


Forex Gump Bot settings:

  • increase - is the strength of the impulse. In this parameter, we indicate the strength of the momentum at which the deal will open. The larger this parameter, the stronger the price movement must be for opening a deal. If you specify the parameter is very large (more than 12), the robot will open deals only with large price movements. This can lead to the fact that the robot will open deals very rarely or will not open at all. If the parameter value is small (for example 4), the robot will open deals with small price fluctuations.
  • step - this parameter indicates at what distance a pending order will be placed from the current price.
  • trailingstop - virtual trailing stop size in points.
  • StopLoss - stop loss size.
  • TakeProfit - take profit size.
  • Lots - indicate the initial trading volume of transactions. Further, the trading volume will proportionally increase relative to the growth of the balance sheet. When the balance doubles from the initial one, the trading volume will also become twice as large.
  • spread - the maximum spread at which the robot will open deals.
  • Magic - the magic number of the robot.

Andrey is good at his job, that's how he has shown me. Maybe it takes a while to answer emails due to the accumulation of clients but it always answers, the robot does not work for me because of my broker, who rejects the operations. I purchased it because the backtesting results were good. I started testing with small amounts in three places: xm (demo account), fxtm (demo account), and 8cap (via funded trading service). Zero Stars! This EA is definetly not working! I tryed to contact the developer to recieve any information or set file but no answer. I also tryed to optimize by myself but the market conditions need to be almost perfect (No spread, no slippage) to get good results, wich is not realistic on any broker i know! Still waiting for a promised set file...maybe get it today, or tomorrow.. ;-)

I purchased ForexGumpUltra and a 6 month rent for the ForexGumpBot on Jan 25th. After reading many reviews I knew that responses were going to be far between and late. I contacted via Telegram and email as suggested on this forum, to get the specific setup for my broker (ICMarkets) and demo account balance ($1.000), as I obviously wanted to test it first. I've been very patience, polite and understanding with the lack of time but all my messages and emails have been ignored with just 1 reply from your side on Feb 1st (6 days later), in 20 days of using your bots. On that day, Feb 1st, I received an apology for the delay via Telegram as well as the new ForexGumpBot with the specific setup via email. The person on Telegram asked me to test the bot for 7 days and give a feedback after that time. He/she also told me to ask for the setup for the other bot ( ForexGumpUltra) after that week too. I did a backtest with ForexGumpBot and the results were amazing. After 2/3 days I gave the feedback and asked for the setup for the other bot. I was ignored again. I understood it was sooner than asked so I kept waiting. After one week of using ForexGumpBot there were 4 orders that was taking 60% off my balance. I wrote about this issue and that I was still waiting to receive the new setup for the other bot which wasn't working well since the beginning. No response again. On the 10th, I wrote again as my balance was now down 90%. No response. Today Feb 15th, all the orders from ForexGumpBot are closed and have blown up my account, in just 10 days. ForexGumpUltra has also lost $255 of $1.000 in 20 days. This last bot had already lost $179 in just 2 days. I've to say that both bots were working with separate demo accounts. I also tried to give some constructive feedback at the beginning by suggesting the programmer to create a communication channel via Telegram or Discord so that many questions could be answered by the community, and not by them directly as I understand it's so time consuming. I also suggested to upload general setting depending on the broker so that we could all test with our demo accounts. If I would have some information I could have tested it without waiting for a response. If I have that info I don't need to bother anyone for such a thing. Again, no response about it. Trust is what makes people to buy any product and work with a company or service provider. You won't have clients if there's no such a thing as we are spending and risking our money here. I gave you my trust as I could have chosen many other bots but you've laid me down. I believe it's of your interest and ours that your product works well and that your clients are happy so we can keep buying and using it from you. But it's impossible to work this way, with such terrible results and bad customer service.

This EA is just a draft, the parameters "stoploss" and "max_spread" are just decorations and have no effect at all. Nevertheless, the EA's algorithm is promising, but it needs to be completed as a product , so I give it three stars.

I bought this forex gump bot three weeks ago,the web site showed their was a lot size adjustment ,the download did not have a lot size.I emailed the support twice with no response.I do not know if this EA works or not,I beleive the developer is not completely honest and their support doesnt exist.I suggest finding another EA because this EA is a waste of money. onemorepip1

Hello, please note that the EA is working well on the demo account. At first with the old version, things were not that good. I have bought the Gump bot, I am surprised by the results it gives in the metatrader strategy tester .. can these results be given in real?
