Autogrids MT5

The Autogrids EA was developed to automate a quantitative strategy, which performs the analysis of the frequency distribution of the daily amplitude, based on the asset's history. From the modeling of this distribution, an operational grid is generated structured according to the desired coverage of this modeling. The methodology implemented defines strategic operating intervals, optimizing entry and exit points.

From the input parameters, the user has full control over the operation of the robot.

 

Input parameters 

Mode of operation = the way in which the grid will be set up, placing the buy and sell orders. [00] Symmetrical hedging (buy and sell orders positioned at the same prices), [01] Spot grid (sell orders above and buy orders below the previous day's close, respectively), [02] Inverted spot grid (buy orders above and sell orders below the previous day's close, respectively), [03] Long (buy orders positioned above and below the previous day's close), and [04] Short (sell orders positioned above and below the previous day's close).

Coverage (%) = percentage of coverage of the frequency distribution (e.g. 68.26% equals 1 standard deviation).

Distancing factor = parameter for spacing the grid orders, allowing the increase by 1, 2, 3, ... times the original distance.

Volume = order volume. It needs to be greater than or equal to the minimum value of the traded asset (e.g. 0.01).

Gain (points) = value in points to close a position at a profit (e.g. 100).

Financial stop (% of balance) = percentage that defines the security value for which the robot will remove pending orders and no longer open positions (e.g. 25%). Existing positions will not be closed.

Lines displaying today's positions? = defines whether horizontal lines will be created on top of the prices of the positions opened today.

Lines displaying past positions? = defines whether horizontal lines will be created on top of the prices of positions opened before today.

Color of today's positions = color of the lines of today's positions.

Color of past positions = color of lines of past positions.
