This is an advanced trading bot that we have meticulously developed and tested on the USDJPY currency pair, specifically designed for fund trading, where risk is managed at the lowest possible level. Through rigorous backtesting and optimization, it has demonstrated consistent performance across various market conditions. Tokyo Pip Hunter was created following the day trading approach, so the number of trades per day ranges from 1 to 3 trades. Risk:Reward (RR) is 1:3, which gives traders a comfortable experience. The goal of this EA is long-term, so you need to observe it for at least 3 months before making an assessment.

To accommodate all traders in the market, we do not place trades based on lot sizes but rather on the amount (calculated in dollars) that a trader is willing to lose if the trade hits the stop-loss. This amount depends on the trader and their capital, but for safety, we recommend that the loss amount (slMoney) falls within 1% to 5%. During our research and backtesting, we found that the longest losing streak from the beginning of 2024 to September 2024 was 8, while the winning streak reached 20, meaning the drawdown would only be around 8% if you set slMoney at 1% of the account.

If the pushNotification variable is set to true then when there is a crash or every time the EA enters a command, a push notification will be sent to your mobile device.

Additionally, the Tokyo Pip Hunter is analyzed based on the time frame factor, so the UTCServerTime value is very important. We have calculated this parameter during live trading; however, when BACKTESTING in DEVMODE, you will need to input this value for the backtesting process to be accurate. This value represents the time zone of the broker's server, which will vary depending on the broker you trade with. The calculation is very simple. For example, I am in Jakarta, Indonesia with a time zone of UTC+7 (UTC), and at exactly 8:00 AM (Local Time), when I look at the chart on the MetaTrader 5 platform, the latest candle has a time of 1:00 AM (MT Time) (a 7-hour difference from my local time). Therefore, the UTCServerTime value would be 0 (UTC - Local Time + MT Time: 7 - 8 + 1).
