MultiScanFX - It is an intuitive Expert Advisor (EA) designed to scan a large amount of data in real-time and analyze it using the internal DataSense system logic. This system helps make the best decisions for entries and works together with some data configured in the parameters.
Features
-
Take and Stop: The operations have configurable Take Profit (TP) and Stop Loss (SL) levels, allowing the EA to be used in proprietary trading desk tests that require these parameters.
-
Automated Operations: Entries are made automatically by the EA based on the data analyzed by DataSense.
-
Simple Configuration: The EA's configuration is simplified, as most parameters for its operation are internal and do not require manual changes, ensuring the algorithm can perform analysis efficiently.
MultiScanFX Settings
-
EA Name: Name of the EA.
-
Lots: Lot size to be used in operations.
-
Lots_Multiply: Multiplier that increases the lot size of the next operation if the previous one resulted in a loss.
-
SL_pips: Stop Loss size in pips.
-
TP_pips: Take Profit size in pips.
-
END_candle_ID_1: Number of candles used in the analysis by DataSense 1.
-
END_candle_ID_2: Number of candles used in the analysis by DataSense 2.
-
Magic Number: Robot identification number. When using more than one robot on the same platform, this number should be different for each robot.
Note: The colors of the quadrants representing some data on the chart can be changed according to the user's preference.
Recommended Asset:
We recommend using MultiScanFX on the USD/JPY currency pair. This asset has shown excellent results in our evaluations and optimizations.
Before using any robot in a real account, it is extremely important to run it on a demo account for more detailed analysis. This procedure is advisable because backtests do not always reflect the robot's actual performance. While it is possible to test MultiScanFX on other assets, we strongly recommend USD/JPY due to its consistent performance in both backtests and operations in proprietary trading desk test accounts.
Base Settings for USD/JPY:
Note: Always conduct your tests and studies beforehand to draw your own conclusions and make the best decisions. The same parameters can yield different results with different brokers.
Example 1 - USDJPY - Time M5 - Account $5,000 - This configuration works well in proprietary trading desk tests with low DD:
- EA Name: MultiScanFX
- Lots: 0.01
- Lots_Multiply: 1.7
- SL_pips: 35
- TP_pips: 50
- END_candle_ID_1: 100
- END_candle_ID_2: 20
- Magic Number: 6000
Example 2 - USDJPY - Time M5 - Account $5,000 - This configuration also works well in proprietary trading desk tests with low DD:
- EA Name: MultiScanFX
- Lots: 0.01
- Lots_Multiply: 1.6
- SL_pips: 45
- TP_pips: 80
- END_candle_ID_1: 160
- END_candle_ID_2: 50
- Magic Number: 6000
Example 3 - USDJPY - Time M30 - Account $1,000 - $5,000 - This configuration is very conservative:
- EA Name: MultiScanFX
- Lots: 0.01
- Lots_Multiply: 1.7
- SL_pips: 35
- TP_pips: 50
- END_candle_ID_1: 50
- END_candle_ID_2: 10
- Magic Number: 6000
Example 4 - USDJPY - Time M5 - Account $5,000 - $10,000 - This configuration is riskier, aiming for higher profits but with higher DD as well:
- EA Name: MultiScanFX
- Lots: 0.03
- Lots_Multiply: 2
- SL_pips: 35
- TP_pips: 85
- END_candle_ID_1: 90
- END_candle_ID_2: 30
- Magic Number: 6000
Above are some examples of configurations that have been tested and are used in proprietary trading desk test accounts and other accounts. These are very interesting options for starting use. In the market, nothing is guaranteed; we must carefully manage our accounts, and everyone should know the amount they can lose and risk to achieve some profit.
