The ICT New York technique is usually considered the most effective trading strategy during the New York session. Market moves frequently reverse when shifting from the London session to the New York session, owing to the requirement to counteract the London session's buying or selling activity. As a result, this strategy requires that if the London session was bullish, trades be performed only on the negative side during the New York session.

This method does not engage in random trading each day, but instead uses a complex algorithm to identify trade opportunities. It determines if the market has crossed recent highs or lows, taking into account Fibonacci levels and the highs and lows of the London session. Before making a trade decision, each component is methodically examined. You can also test this plan using your MT5 strategy tester to see how effective it is.
