November 12, 2024: I'm experiencing issues with your version 2.0 update. The market is clearly in a downtrend, and your EA is not taking any actions. However, my old version, which I've been using and profiting from, is still active. Today, your version 2.0 placed a BUY order, while the old version placed a SELL order and made a profit.

Please revert back to the previous version. I suggest adding new models for testing before releasing updates. If something is working well, it's best not to change it.

November 13, 2024 : Surprisingly, the EA creator didn’t make any excuses and resolved my issue in the best way possible, which really impressed me. In the near future, there will be an update where the EA creator says they will 'combine the best of the past and future in the next update.' I’m very impressed. November 21, 2024 : After updating to version 2.0 last week, the EA gave a strange command. I closed it with a small loss before it eventually hit the Stop Loss. Later that same week, I switched back to the older version and got normal profits.

This week, it gave another strange command (a SELL order). I closed it immediately because I believed gold should be a BUY. In the end, that trade also hit the Stop Loss (luckily, I avoided it again).

For now, I’ve stopped using this EA until the next update. I’m giving it 1 star for now, hoping the trading performance improves in the future

(*) Update October 28, 2024: I have supported and looked at the customer sent photo, EA tried to open BUY order on 28 Oct 2024 but got "Insufficient market liquidity" error from brokers. I just investigated the cause and found out that the problem is very big from your Brokers Exness. Including the fact that you can't do the back test. Exness is a platform where only EAs with martingale can work, no EA with Scalp strategy can work on Exness (you can verify with all scalp EAs, especially night scalp EAs). If it were Exness, I wouldn't be surprised if the transaction order had a problem. First of all, Exness is one of the famous fake ECN brokers and the normal spread and price slippage are unimaginable when entering an order. Exness also has many scandals related to order intervention and stop loss issues. I recommend that you test a demo account between two trusted brokers, IC Markets/Tick mill and Exness, to see the difference
To put it most accurately and clearly, brokers intentionally create "Insufficient market liquidity" to prevent opening Buy orders. For example, you want BUY, but no one in the market is willing to SELL, so the brokers cannot let you make a deal. Thank you so much for your feedback
