The indicator shows the FAIR VALUE price and gives target levels to trade. You can trade both - trend and range. The different time frames show very similar results hence the indicator can be considered non-timeframe dependant.
The indicator calculates automatically:
- Fair value level
- Correction channel
- Distance in pips from the fair value to the correction channel boundaries
- Sine wave that starts from the first fair value level candle and expands over time showing the expected maximum levels of adjustment expansion before a breakout.
A break of the sine wave is followed by a directional move. If there is no breakout this can be seen as support/resistance. In the indicator you need to enter the date and time of the high or low that precedes the correction. There is also an AUTO MODE for the last 120 candles. You can change this number as you choose. There are also additional options to change the sine:
- Step
- Expansion
- Points
- Size
- Timeshift
- Slope
Intuitive Yet User-Dependent
The effectiveness relies on correct user configuration. Inaccurate settings can impact the precision of its analysis. It's essential for users to thoroughly understand market correction phase to maximize its performance. This comprehension will lead to effective action.
Fascinating pro tool.
