Important Information:
- If you can pass prop firm challenge within 3 attempts, don't use this adviser.
- If you can reach 2 to 3% on the funded account for first payout after passing the challenge you can stop using the adviser once you pass the challenge.

Strategy and concept:
It is a hedging system between two trading accounts: Prop firm account and Real Account. It analyses market based on smart money concept (SMC) and sophisticated momentum strategy to place trades on the prop firm account. Once the trade is placed, it instantly opens an opposite one on a real account to recover up to 200% of the challenge fee if the EA fails the challenge.
Let’s take an example of two step 100k challenge account to explain the concept of the EA: Suppose the challenge fee is 500$, overall drawdown is 10,000$, profit target 1 is 10,000$, profit target 2 is 5,000$, first payout 80% and you want to recover the challenge fee 500$ on the real account if the EA fails the challenge.
Phase 1: If the EA passes it, you will lose 500$ in the real account else you will make 500$ profit to recover challenge fee.
Phase 2 : If the EA passes it, you will lose 500$ in the real account else you will make 1,000$ profit to recover phase 1 loss and the challenge fee.
After passing the challenge, we recommend to stop using the adviser in the funded account if you have a guaranteed strategy that can help you reach 2 to 3% for the first payout. At all you will invest 1.000$ to pass the challenge. If it was one step challenge with 10% profit target and 6% overall drawdown you will invest 833 $ to pass the challenge.
Phase 3 : If the EA make 10% profit you will lose 1,500$ in the real account else you will make 1,500 profit to recover phase 1 and phase 2 losses and challenge fee.
First Payout : You will get paid 8,000$ and lose 2,500$ (500$ + 500$ + 1,500$) and your profit will be 8,000 - 2.500 = 5,500$ after first payout. The following tables show the challenge simulation with 500$ and 1,000$ recovery amount.

Challenge simulation:
Before you start the challenge using Forex Prop Firm EA, the first thing you need to do is to simulate the challenge you are looking to pass with its rules and fee. The simulation will show you the profit after first payout and the minimum capital you must invest to pass the challenge and reach first payout. To simulate the challenge, use this script or use the following formula and make sure you get the positive simulation result.
Simulation Result = First Payout - Investment
where First Payout will be the first payout received from the prop firm and Investment the minimum capital you must deposit on the real account to start the challenge. First Payout is calculated using profit target of phase one and profit share percentage of the prop firm. For example, if the profit target phase 1 is 10,000$ and profit share is 80% then the First Payout will be 8,000$.
To calculate the Investment, let’s denote by Target1 the profit target of phase 1, Target2 the profit target of phase 2, Drawdown the overall drawdown and Recovery the recovery amount if the challenge is failed.

Investment For One Step Challenge = Recovery/R1
Investment For Two Step Challenge = Recovery*(1/R1 + 1/R2 + 1/(R1*R2))

Settings:
- Installation Mode: Must be installation on prop firm account or real account or in simulation mode.
- Prop Firm Account: It must be the login of the prop firm account required for the installation on real account.
- Recovery Amount: Must be the amount to recover in the real account if the challenge is failed.
- Risk Profile: It determines the maximum days to pass the challenge.
- Stop Loss distance: Must be in points. To select the best Stop Loss distance, divide the average daily movement points of the market by 3 for high risk, 4 for medium risk and 5 for low risk to avoid holding trade overnight. For example, if the average daily movement of XAUUSD market is 1500 points and you select high risk then set stop loss distance to 1500/3 = 500 points.
Installation:
- Firstly, install the EA in the real account and save the set file.
- Secondly install it in the prop firm account on the same symbol with the same settings and change the installation mode from real account to prop firm account.
