Developing trading applications in MQL5 and MQL4

I'm currently trading based on the alerts i receive in tradingview. However, these trades are currently placed manually. My desire is to automate this process in MT4. Im looking for someone that is able to connect the alerts that i'm receiving with trading actions in MT4
