Developing trading applications in MQL5 and MQL4

I do algo trading on MT4 and need a trade copier that will send those signals to my DXTrade account. I need it to automatically convert lot sizes to the proper ratio on the DX account (for example, if I trade 1 lot on my $50K account, the copier trades 2 lots on my $100K DX account). It should also be capable of sending trades to multiple separate DXTrade accounts. Thanks
